Refund and Cancellation Policy

This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product / service that you have purchased through the Platform. Under this policy:

  • Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 48 hrs of paying the fee. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if your admission is confirmed and Roll Number is generated.

  • Indian Institute of Polymer Science (IIPS) also does not accept cancellation request if invoice is already generated.

  • In case of non-receipt of books/study materials or other documents or delay in delivery, please report to our support team. The request would be forwarded to our logistics partner INDIA POST and will be updated with current status within 48 hrs. This should be reported within 7 days of post study materials is dispatched. The support team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

  • In case you feel that support team is not responding properly, you can approach Grievance Officer.

  • In case of any refunds approved by Indian Institute of Polymer Science, it will take 15 days for the refund to be processed to you.
